Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClawCoil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ClawCoil provides managed OAuth and API credential handling for OpenClaw skills. The service includes account connection management, automatic token rotation, a verified skills registry, and curated skill bundles.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to only connect accounts you own or have authorization to use. You must not use the service to circumvent rate limits, abuse APIs, or violate the terms of connected third-party services.
4. Connected Accounts
When you connect a third-party account through ClawCoil, you authorize us to store encrypted OAuth tokens and manage token refresh on your behalf. You may disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes access and deletes stored credentials.
5. Verified Skills Registry
Skills in our verified registry are human-reviewed for security. However, we do not guarantee that any skill is free of bugs or vulnerabilities. You use skills at your own risk and should review permissions before installation.
6. Availability and Limitations
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party skills using credentials managed through the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
ClawCoil and the OpenClaw brand are trademarks of their respective owners. The service software is provided under the terms of its applicable license.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
